The JAR-files ARE there and both CONTAIN a feature.xml.

The SVN functionality within the Workbench isn't bothered, afaics.

Happens with pdt-all-in-one-R20080103-win32.zip, with both jdk1.5.0_15 and
jdk1.6.0_06.

I did not use Eclipse' Update Manager, but extracted the files from
site-1.2.4.zip and copied them to C:\eclipse.pdt using WinRAR 3.70.

Use update manager. Our download is a zipped update site, not a
zipped on disk represenation of the installation.
